i need some info on using a 2g head on a 1g 6bolt block. when trying to put the head on the 1g arp head studs they wont fit. are the hole for the studs on a 2g smaller than a 1g. if so does this need to be machined bigger. been to magnus and it says nothing about this. i think they used a 1g head so maybe this is why it isnt addressed. if anyone can help email me or post a reply

the answer is yes.. the 1g and 2g ARP head studs are different.. the 2g ones are smaller.. you have to drill out the holes from what I was told..

here is the difference
