Hi,
I really need help with head installation. Please tell me what are the torgue specs and is there any trics to know? Can I reuse my head studs?
This is already second time the head will be installed as first time it obviously went wrong as I was loosing water and oil. The head was inspected second time and still found to be ok, so I am guessing that the guys did not torgue the head correctly first time.
thanks for your input!

my car is stock 95 TSI AWD

I'm 99% sure the head gaskets are the same, but I haven't ever compared the two. You can't re-use the head bolts unless you have ARP head studs. The OEM bolts stretch when they are torqued. I don't remeber the stock torque specs for the head off hand, but I suggest you get a manual to follow. It will help a lot, the factory service manual is the best, but a Chiltons will do.
