what do you guys use to cap the turbo water lines when installing a garret setup? i went to my local hardware store but couldnt find a bolt big enough... i think it is a 16mm bolt.

12x1.25 i think for the water pipe... Anyhow just plug that. As for the Feed line, you can either just cap it off and put a clamp on it, crimp it and weld it shut or recirculate it back into the system somehow...

Make sure to drain the coolant first...

It just pulls out of the pump housing after being unbolted. Its much easier in your case to just get a plug for it. After you take out the lower line just bring it with you to ACE hardware or HD and get a plug for it...

don't know if the 1g is the same as a 2g, but for the fitting in the block i used a 1/4" npt plug. i haven't capped thewaterpie line yet, i put bolt in the hose and clamped it for now.
