engine light is on !

i put my intake on the other day injen, and now the check engine light is on, is that suppose to happen? i got the aftermarket bov intake. can't really understand why its on. can anybody help me out

Does your BOV reroute back into the intake? I noticed you had an HKS. Is it the SSQ? If your venting to the atmosphere, it will throw a code.

ya i am venting, guess thatz the problem then, so theres no real harm, is there anything i can do to get it off?

ewwwwwwww dont say that. venting to the atmosphere will start a war in here. yeah that is probably your problem with the CEL.

take the bulb out of the CEL and smash it into 541237905365 pieces
