ok i need some help i am very frustrated.
i have just put on a 20g turbo act 2600 clutch greddy profec b turbo xs type h bov and it runs like crap. now i realize i need to upgrade the fuel but im wondering if this is worth more money because i am having too many problems. i have plugged the dump tube to accomidate the bov which could be contributing but i am experiencing too much turbo lag (turbo is td05 housing) smaller one. and my clutch wont work for crap either. i keep busting my master and slave because the throwout bearing arm has too much travel for some reason i dont understand. so i cant race it without breaking something and i dont know how to fix all these problems. i dont know whether to get 550cc's with a 255lph fuel pump and adjustable fpr (cheaper/easier) or get the 660's with the s-afc but i know i need a downpipe but what should i go with to make it run fast and be a dependable everyday driver. i need some cool air flow for the turbo but i dont really want to upgrade the intercooler right now. someone please help me i need a cheap way out to get me down the road save money for this heap!

Holy crap, dude! You've got ten different problems going on at once. First, route the BOV return hose back to the intake. Don't ask why, just do it. Second, forget about anymore upgrades until you get the car fixed. Upgrades do not fix problems. Your car shoud run fine without the dp, FMIC, injectors, pump, etc. Just keep the boost below 15 psi and you'll be fine.

About that clutch thing, is the throwout bearing arm, a.k.a. clutch fork hitting the bellhousing when you push the clutch in? If so, all you need to do is put a lockwasher under the pivot ball. To do that you might want to sit down and have a beer first, because you have to pull the tranny again!
