boost problems. please HELP

i have a 91 awd talon and i just replaced my mbc with a greddy profec-b. i also installed the buschur upper i/c pipe. aluminum intake pipe, and a turbo xs bov. no matter what i do i cant regulate my boost. it goes up to around 20 psi. i didnt want to see how far it went. it doesnt matter if i adjust the settings on the back of the b/c or even turn it off. its almost like its there but its not. weird. any info that anyone has would be great. thanks

check the actuator on the turbo for the wastegate..and if u have a stock o2 with 3 inch piping that may be the problem too

and are you sure the profec is hooked up correct?
