What is the big difference between the two 16g turbos,(big,Small)??? And i know the big is good foe 340-350 range hp, but what is the little 16 g got??? I can get a small at a good price, and it its got a be better than 14b?? RIGHT!!

The difference is the compressor wheel. The Big 16G is slightly larger. Here are the dimensions.

Big 16G: Inducer Diameter 1.89 in
Exducer Diameter 2.68 in
Small 16G: Inducer Diameter 1.83 in
Exducer Diameter 2.36 in

Big 16G flows roughly 550 cfm while the small is 505 cfm. And yes, the small 16 is a good improvement over the 14B.
