I got a Big 16g ported but the compressor housing is not. I was wondering if porting the compressor housing would give more performance. Why is the T25 outlet much bigger?
 
It's a good idea to match the size of the turbo outlet to the outlet pipe. It doesn't have to be big, but it should match up for good flow without turbulence.
