I am having one heluva time removing the o2 sensor from the housing. I also am having a tough time getting the o2 housing apart from the turbo. Thats not a huge deal since I am replacing the 02 housing with the new turbo. Ive tried soaking the bolts in liquid wrench but even with a breaker bar I cant bust them loose. Its especially hard since its off the car and I dont have a vise to put it in to anchor it. Anyone have any ideas. I might just have to buy a new o2 sensor which Im not looking forward to.

GENxxxracer: are you using flare fitting wrench to unbolt the sensor?....... coz, it does hard to unbolt the O2 sensor with just a regular wrench. i believe i used 19mm flare fitting wrench, plus soaking the bolt to liquid wrench. so i hope this helps.......good luck!

use a impact and heat it up with a oxy-acetyle torch. the housing bolts will come right off.

Heat up the 02 housing once its off the turbo from the inside and get the metal as hot as possible. then try again. if all else fails a o2 sensor should be replaced...
