this is the motor set-up i will be running in the srping time, please tell me what you think and what 1/4 mile i should be looking at along with HP

Eagle Forged Rods
95+ Pistons
ARP Main+ Head Studs
SS valves/Titanium retainers, and High tension springs
Big 16g ported, Upper + Lower IC pipes/W modded sidemount
Evo Manifold Ported W/ evo head gasket
Thermal 3 Inch, 3inch turbo back
550 injectors W/SAFC
35 Shot Of Laughing GAS
ACT 2100 With lightened Flywheel
And what PSI could i saftley with this set-up and this is on a 1991 TSi AWD thanks for the help
 
Why the giggle gas? Your turbo's not big enough to need the go-juice for spool, and turbo+nitrous=boom generally.

here is a better idea, skip the 2 grand you are going to spent for the built bottom end. unless you install it yourself, port the head do the arp head studs, skip the N20. do a BR20G,fmic and supporting mods.

I have to agree with this, and definately go with a 2600.
 
my thoughts..

Why run nitrous and a 16G turbo, just get a 20G and be done with it ahead of time..

On that note you would need larger injectors ie 660s, the AFC would still be fine though.

You didnt mention a fuel pump in your list?? You would want atleast a 190 for the Big16G and a 255 for the 20G.

Clutch wise the ACT 2100 will burn up rather quickly after a few AWD launches.

Regarding your bottom end you already have 91 big rods, you should just slap on 95 pistons and be done with it. No need to replace your rods with forged rods.
