Fuel leak problem

well I could smell fuel inside my car, I didnt know where it was a first. After lookin over I found the leak, but the problem is I dont know what this is called. Is it called the secondary fuel pump or something?? I know the oher one is the fuel pump but what is the correct name for what I have circled in green and where could I find this. the metal piece that meets the rubber hose is rusted and there is a hole.

yeah its pretty rusty... thanks for the info. im gonna have to buy one of these, hopefully by tomorrow
