I started making upper intercooler pipes for 1st gen DSMs. there $145 and can be painted to any of my 10 color choices avialable on my website. www.exploitedracing.com is my site. goto the misc parts page and you can find the pipe on there. i can make it for any bov flange. Ive owned explotied racing for some time now but just decided to make UPIC pipes recently. im workin on a lower pipe too so be patient. email me if u want a UPIC pipe. [email protected]

O yea.. what are the HP gains on these if any... i just remembered too that i guess this post would be kinda advertising.. sorry.

Im speaking with him about making one for myself as well. He said he stocks 2½", can mount any bov flange to it, and comes in a choice of 10 colors (he said he can polish them to, which is what I want as well).

The only question I have to ponder, is a friend pointed something out to me about tonight. He uses mild steel as the pipe (not stainless steel). Im wondering how the quality/durablity of the piping is? Regardless, Ill still prolly end up getting one. Cant beat the price for any bov flange mounted, and virtually any color you want as well as being mandrel bent 2½" pipe.

the mild steel is very stong.. dont worry its not gonna break on you or anything.. ill have a pic in a few days.. dont worry. yes it is 2.5" and i can mount any bov to it.

i got mine for 114 with shipping from dsmparts.com

what's the difference if it's a 1g or 2g. If it costs you next to nothing to produce these, then make it the same price of the others and make a killing. You being that cheap will take their business. All you need are a few people to support your product, and you're set.

In fact, if you hook us up with a killer deal, I'll put your banner on my website.

i got the dejon tool upper ic pipes for my 2g.. they are great.. except diameter is smaller.. its not 2 1/2.. i guess its not gonna make a big difference.. but i would like to say i have a bigger size :) hahaa..

If your a 1g guy then i think this is a good deal. Im confused with is ABS? I have been looking at them but they keep sayin ABS what the heck is that??

anti-lock brake system

dsm with abs(like mine) the abs is in the way for upgraded intercooler piping...so instead of 2.5 inch...most places sell 2.25 inch...im not sure if 2.5 would fit an abs car....... exploited? will this fit in a car with abs? this is the ceapest upper i have seen so far...i will purchase one if so

2G UICP were always cheaper. First of all, it's a single unit. 1G pipe has two more complex segments. 195 is THE cheapest I was able to find a UICP pipe for, so $145 is helluva price for a new powedercoated pipe with a flange.

Speaking of TB ebow, clamps and couplers, are they included ? if not, the how much ?

I guess if all that stuff isn't included, then $145 for a pipe isn't cheap at all...

Well, if you also get the throttle body elbow part, it's two pieces-- the lower 'L' pipe with the BOV flange and upper 'S' pipe that goes into the throttle body.
