I just got done installing my Hallman MBC. I know i installed it right. I followed the VFAQ to the T and also made sure the correct labled ends went to the right places. 1 to the WasteGate and the other to the Boost Source.(BOV line to mani).

Now here is the problem. I have the screw turned almost all the way in and its only boost up to the stock 14psi. This is in 3rd gear pulls. I dont think its working as it should i guess. All i have is a K&N filter, and a Boost Gauge. Would that have any effect on the boost riseing anyhigher? Maybe my Stock POS Bov isnt letting me go higher? Or I need a Exhaust? I dont know hrrm..any help would be nice.

Well i figured since i do have the Stock POS BOV and am still running the t25(which sucks after 15psi), that i shouldnt matter anyway. I just still wanted to know why it didnt at least spike to say 17 or so.

Yeah, your BOV is a piece of crap. Look around for a 1g BOV. One thing to look into is pulling your exhaust manifold and porting it out some along with the O2 sensor housing. Porting both of those should help lessen boost creep once you get a better BOV and it's really not that hard to do.

he doesn't need to worry about creep on a t25. pulling the mani and 02 housing to port them would be a complete waste of time now and would actually hurt performance on the stock exhaust.

you need a 1G bov(a must) and exhaust(helpful) to run anything over 12 psi. if you have the mbc set over 12, turn it down. you are leaking out all of the boost you are making over that and simply overspeeding the turbo, sending it out of its efficiency range and giving your engine hell with the extremely hot air you are sending it.
