Just a quick question about what gauges you guys are running. Does anyone run a BOOST only gauge, no VAC? I currently run a 30/30 vac/boost gauge but got my hands on a 35PSI boost only gauge. Are there any problems with running this? I know i will have to find a different port on the Tb. I'm wantin to run more then 30psi and am hoping this will be more accurate as just a boost gauge... Any thoughts?

Just use a check valve in line from the manifold to your boost gauge. This will keep it from seeing vacuum and you can use the exact same port.

It will be more accurate for you to read, but more accurate overall, I dunno.

The easy way would be to remove the throttle body elbo and drill &tap it for a fitting then reinstall the unit. If it does not fit the bill remove the fitting and put a pipe plug in it's place.

Yes, tap in before the throttle plate and you don't have to deal with vacuum. One of the TB vacuum fittings may be a source prior to the TB plate, but I can't remember for sure.
