As you can see there is alot of threads left on the bulkhead fitting. I was using a rather large wrench and didn't want to tighten it anymore because I have heard how easy it is to over-torque them.

Anyways, is it sealed correctly?

Also, when running the SS line do you guys ussually just use the stock location and zip tie it to the return/brake lines or do you buy the padded brackets? I got the brackets but I am not too sure where to drill into to secure them. Any help would be great.

All of this is for a 93 Talon AWD

The fittings themselves should be tight, but not overtight... If you're getting nervous tightening them then they're probably okay. You can use some teflon PASTE to seal them (I've seen some use the tape but that won't be making it's way on to my fuel system anytime soon) or the AN assembly lube.

As for the running of the lines I used some padded brackets/line holders and called it a day. I have seen some zip-tie them as you mentioned but that's your call. Personally I wouldn't.

In the end when you go to fire up the car, just have a buddy look underneath for leaks etc, go out and do a pull and then bring it back and re-check everything (since fuel pressure rises with boost) and see what happened.
