Does anyone have any recommendations for a fpr? I was looking at a kit from megan racing, but i dont know, does anyone have any experience with it? Any suggestions on what i should buy and from where?

I run the IE FPR kit and recommend it hands down. It comes with 2 springs, swap the stiffer one in before you install it. I was too excited and threw the kit in with the spring it came with and I couldnt set the base fuel pressure where I needed it...then I read the instructions and knew why...instructions=friend

Another thing I would do over is spray paint the brass line and yellow washer thing it comes with black...then it would be almost un-noticable.

get some braided lines too, I dont like that rubber hose.... it looks :beatentodeath:

I have the rubber hose on my IE FPR kit... no problems to date and it has been installed since January. It's a lot easier to install for people who have no experience with SS braided line, and it works just fine.

That SBR kit looks like a nice value. The IE kit with rubber line is a tad cheaper even with a $30 gauge, but whatever.

What did i say about rubber hose... go back and read...How do you know that this guy doesnt have any experience with the braided lines...The only reason that i was preffering braided line over rubber is the way it looks under the hood, plus its unbreakable...Do it right at the first time...
What I meant (and should've clearly stated) was that the rubber hose is easy for everyone. Those who have had experience working with SS braided line may opt to go for the SS kit because they can work with it, but as an average person that wasn't a hassle I wanted to deal with. Also, the hose used from the rail to the FPR isn't going to be exposed to debris anyway (I hope), so being indestructible doesn't really matter... although that rubber hose does seem very tough. I tried cutting it with a knife, but I had to use a fine-toothed saw because the razor wasn't cutting it (pun intended).

So... it's all personal preference. I just wanted to make sure nobody thought that the rubber hose in the IE kit does a subpar job, because it has done a great job on my car (and many others if the recommendations are any indication).
