Anyone have pics of their exhaust system on your car? And how is it dealing with them, is their shipping fast? Whats the quality of the exhaust like?

Looks like they aroung a 1.5 week wait. For mine shipping was fast. Ryan kept in constant contact with me. I don't have a pic of the DP but the quaulity of the welds and bends was very good.

Ok thanks. Anyone have pics, doesn't have to be underbody shot, I wanna see what the muffler looks like when its on the car.

Is this exhaust good quality? I can get the same setup made at a local shop for arounf the same price, but I would a have a couple days of downtime on my daily driver. Also is the SS a good thing to pay extra for?

TIA,
Justin

I posted a link to some of my pics for the EXACT SAME question as this a few days ago, but here you go:

We gotta do something about that 4-letter minimum search...:p

I also did a complete review in the Parts Review forum at DSMtalk a while back-- I'll post the link soon when I have more time.

I am not having the best of experiences with them. They sent my exhaust VERY late. It didnt even fit my car right. There were a lot of other problems with the order, but I think Ryan is doing his best to help me out with the problems. Like I said though, I am not pleased as of yet.

As for looks, its not chromed SS like Thermals. So it doesnt look as nice but it does what its there to do. The muffler looks nice, but I paid extra for a 4" round edged tip. It looks very sweet and sounds great.

In conclusion, I feel  and :) about my deal. Maybe mostly like  .................

kingearl, did you get the 4" tip from RnR or a different place? Can u get a pic of the muffler with the 4" tip?

I waited almost a month for a 2 1/2 downpipe & high flow cat. The pipe was "aluminized", which seemed a little cheesy, but I guess I should have gotten stainless. The outer welds were nice, although I had to grind the inner weld on the 02 eliminator, as it would have resticted flow without a doubt. The pipe did bolt right up, no problems.

We currently have a 1.5 week lead time. We do our best to get parts out asap. We are still a smaller business so when we get a lot of orders at one time it takes a little time.

All exhaust parts are tig welded. We use aluminzed straight piping with mild bends that are coated in high temp coating. Any problems we have had with systems are taken care of.

Like I have said before we want our customers to be happy. We do our best to bring you guys the cheapest prices while still providing the best products.

I guess I can take a pic of it on the weekend and post the pics on Monday. RNR gets the straight throu muffler from Bullet. That muffler comes with the somewhat junky looking 3" tip, but they have the nice 4" ones that can go with it for the added price.

McGruffAWD, they dont have HF cats. Just welded on straight pipes.

awesome. Thats what i wanted to know. My full exhaust is complete. Will be placing a order in the beginning of the year. going with the turbo back 02 elmi option. Full SS with a HF cat and a 4 inch tip. The exhaust should be bling. Thanks RnR

i'd really appreciate you taking those pics kingearl. does anyone know what material is used for the welds, like if u pick SS option do they use SS for the welds or just aluminized steel?

i just got my catback from ryan yesterday. took em exactly 2 weeks to finish it...they did a great job on it i must say, everything seems to be perfect...and the muffler looks just like n1's but with a smaller tip. mine doesnt have a tip but the outlet is still 3 inches...still looks great though

i'll get some pics soon...

I must have gotten 1 of the 1st o2 housings w/ external dump. It doesnt loke anything like they do on the website now. The welds could have been done a little better on the inside. One spot on the external dump tube was a small hole burnt through, but i fixed that. Fitment was good & after i installed it i liked the external dump so much that i forgot about the crappy welds. Needless to say i got to enjoy it for a day & a 1/2 then a 80 yr old fart pulled out in front of me. :barf:

damn that sucks, whos car got messed up more? im guessing yours cuz those old people are always driving old american cars wit bigass metal bumpers.

No actually his car is worse. I nailed him in the side. He was driving a 83 4 dr chevy malibu. It smashed the whole passanger side in. It even buckled the roof on his car & cracked the windshield a little on the passanger side. I know his was totalled.
