They peices are quality but be prepared to wait 1-3 months for them.

Later,

Chris Anderson is a good guy and his customer service and products are awesome. You may have to wait for some of the more popular things because as I believe he is the only one working the business. But I would without a doubt recommend them.

i don't define, good customer service as having to wait extreme periods of time to get a product. or failure to respond to calls and email in a timely fashion.

ya know what though, sometimes it's out of the owners control. Having WORKED in a speed shop I can tell you that sometimes you have to wait for manufacturers to get their ass in gear. Don't automatically assume it's his fault.

Also, you should know that if something is very popular, a company can run out very quickly and start having to take backorders. It happens every day in the real world. I assume that is where you are living as well.

hmr could of sworn i replied to this thread, but guess not. I have been trying to get ahold of them for like a week now and they have yet to call me back. I have also tried to email them...i'm not doubting there product is quality work, but they should atleast call me back as they say they will in there message. They lost my sale

FORMZ, AHP makes his own products. He does not have to wait for manufactorer to reply on delay orders. He makes it and when you order the product he should be able to tell you about the expected wait. I waited almost three months and talked to him twice, leaving a message a week and email 2-3 times a week. He never called me back and when I emailed his personal email to credit my account and I will never be doing business with him again he emailed me and told me he already shipped it out. i got the product almost 2 weeks later. Hmmm BS?!

The price and the quality does give it a reason to wait but I ordered the product outside of race season(december) and waited until end of april to recieve it. He is a nice guy until you pay him!

interesting prospective. my take on that is if you are in the business of customer service, and you wish to remain in the business of customer service. you're customers should be informed of problems with shipping or excessively long wait times. this is how successful businesses work *IN THE REAL WORD* One thing I like about the two main shops I do business with, rollhard and extremeturbo. if there is a potential problem, or excessively long wait time on an order. they have the decency to let me know in advance.

I wasn't aware that he made all his own intercoolers and metal piping too.. does that mean he goes out to the mines, mines his own iron, converts it to steel, then makes piping out of it? what a god...

If he was short on supplies then he could have given his expected wait before I paid for everything. There is an excuse for everything isn't there?

Haha I'm just messing around. Who knows guys maybe he's REALLY REALLY busy. I know when I did business with him through the shop that I worked for, he was wicked nice on the phone. And he actually called us when the part arrived to ask how it fit and how the quality was etc. to make sure we were 100% happy.

Let us know if you order from them and how long it took cause I am thinking of getting Atmosphere Dump O2 Pipe from them.

Thanks

he posted on his website two months after I ordered my o2 housing. I have no complaints on the craftsmanship of the product and I believe it is worth the wait but I really wanted a reply on when I was going to get it.

I got my exhaust from there and it took about 3 months to get to me. Everything was great, just the wait sucked. The customer service is VERY poor. I don't know, eventually people will get sick of him and then he will be out of business. He needs to get with it.

Quality of a product can take you far, but when people get sick of the quality of your customer service, the product doesn't matter. This is not the early 1900's or some crap.

I got a 3 inch thermal from him and it took about a month if not more to get to me Chris returned my calls and e-mails had no problem with him he even made a phone call telling me he had gotten behind and said he was sorry and told me it would be a little bit longer which I really apprciated so his customer service to me was awsome I recomend him good prices good work !
