I just got my Talon TSI and the first things wrong I noticed was a leak at the flex pipe on the down pipe and a hard miss thats probably my ignition coil or wires. So I ordered the Pace setter 3 inch armor coated down pipe for like $200 shipped because its probably the same price as to get the stock one fixed and welded. But is the 3 inch down pipe gonna be OK running into the stock cat converter? Just for now at least till I have more $$$ for a 3 inch cat and piping? If not what should I do, cause I dont have alot of cash right now?

you should be perfectly fine with a 3" downpipe and stock cat and piping, however, you wont see much power gains unless you open the rest up.

I had a 3" Downpipe and 3" Thermal exhaust with the stock cat right in the middle...I had to leave the cat on there for emissions purposes. I ran it like that until i did my emissions test with no problems...so you should be fine with it.
