Hahah alright anyone need anything in particular.
I'm hoping to install the Aeromotive AFPR (AER 13109 http://slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=1182& ) and fuel rail (AER 14105 http://slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=1171&) with all ss braided lines. There is a tech article about making your own afpr setup (http://dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10088) but all it has is the parts for the lines because the link at the end for the install is broken. I was planning on doing a tech article for this as well, because I couldn't find any good ones. If you get it done before I do, more power to you. By the way, where do you plan on getting the lines and fittings and stuff?

It'd be nice to illustrate EXACTLY what fittings people need. I can see people having problems deciding what bend degree in the AN fittings, tubing length, and the fact that the fuel rail -> AN fittings exist would be important, etc etc with the plumbing. Also perhaps directions for the mounting equipment for the FPR.
Also stress full replacement of all seals involved in the fuel rail swap :thumb: That's a no-brainer.

Basically ask yourself, "what information should be there so that the seasoned idiot won't have to think when installing something like this."
Although I like the idea of "installation Darwinism" as well.

I can list somewhat I guess what is involved.

Aeromotive AFPR
1 -6AN rubber o-ring plug
1 -6 AN rubber o-ring straight fitting
1 3/8NPT to -6AN fitting for the rail.
1 12" Piece -6 SS rubber core hose for fuel
1 1/8 NPT pressure gauge.
1 -6AN rubber o-ring fitting to 1/4" barb hose for return you can either use a straight or 90* here I used a 90*

Pics are Here already uploaded.

If your going to write up a faq on an fpr install, when I built my install kit I found the best fitting to use with the factory return line. Its from aeromotive, has a -6an oring fitting on one end so it screws directly into your aeromotive fpr and the other end has a single 7mm barb, which is slightly larger then the factory metal barbs so you can use your factory return rubber line & it fits perfect. You can find in on this page from summit racing

http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?target=/egnsearch.asp&N=400300

Its about the 28th item down (can't get a direct link to the product) but the part number is AEI-15627 and is $19.99, pretty expensive for one fitting but normally you would use more then one fitting to get the return line to work so it ends up being about the same, except with the single fitting there are less spots for a possible leak :thumb:
