Havin a few problems with it and i cant seem to get it right...(still fairly new to the DSM's)

One problem is its Pouring smoke at idle and when i touch the gas for a sec. But in throttle it doesnt smoke. Also when i shift it smokes between the shift. I was thinkin turbo seals but i noticed some oil commin out of my Blitz BOV and around the valve cover. Im sure its a seal around the valve cover but does anyone have any info that would help me out...smoke its like a white blue color.

Just had the motor built so rings are hopefully outta the question...

Thanx...Ben

Im thinking headgasket but i figured to ask the board i am reading the most to see if anyone has this problem or knows what might be the problem

if it smokes when the motor is warm at idle I would say it is your valve seals and or valve guides

Yea when i 1st crank it and the car is cold or has been sitting its fine until the temp goes up

nice quote, was that in super street this past month, the one with the s15 red silvia on the front, gotta love the sleeper

Eclipse tuners are a strange sort. The prefer stock wheels and paint. They don't like talking about wings or color-matching side skirts and interiors. And they wouldn't be caught dead checking out a Wings West catalog. Sure occasionally you might spot a shy intercooler hiding behind an Eclispe front end or a 3-in. exhaust jiggling out the back, but for the most part you'd be lucky to find hubcaps. After all, thats added weight, you know. Eclipse tuners are performance obsessed sleeper fanatics who dream only about downpipes, exhaust gases, and wastegates. Their cars aren't pretty, but have ability to spank you silly on the highway. In other words, Eclipse tuners write checks their cars can cash. They don't spend money on 12-in. subs or amps. Systems only add to the weight and decrease performance. Mention the word "chrome" and they might drop a boot to your skull.

That sig is from the Super Street mag.
