anyone running an intercooler on auto 13b?

I did the search couldnt find anything... If you are running an intercooler on your stock auto 13b turbo please list the intercooler type and where u purchased it from.... I've asked a few companies but they are not sure if the intercoolers that are for 14b/16g turbos can fit a 13b. Is there any difference in size of the turbo inlets/outlets? Really lookin into buying the street core from extremepsi.com... Lemme know thanks

why put a fmic on a 13g???? do you have all the basic upgrades on your car. if not you might want to go that route first.

I think a better option for you might be putting a 14b on there instead... it'll be cheaper, and have more potential for more power... It'll bolt right on. I'd put on a ported 2g manifold and o2 housing while you're at it. All that will cost less than the fmic, and give you more power.

I thought you had to get a whole new manifold and oil lines to put a 14b/16g on a 1G auto.
Anyway, you'll probably just have to bend up a custom intercooler pipe to get an IC on it. Maybe you could set the 13G hp/time record.

Why spent the money on a front mount for your little 13g? It would probably be cheaper and you would see alot more gains if you put a used 14b with a 2g exhaust manifold on instead, alot of people who are selling there 14b's usually have lines.
