Im overunning my 1g maf at the track, 550s, 24psi + race gas on a ported 18g, and fuel cutting b/c I have to run like -4 to -2 for safc hi settings to keep knock under 10. the Hz graph spikes up n down at wot on the safc at readings over 2000Hz. (I get no fuel cut at 19psi on pump with hi settings -9 to -5, @5 knock max). Im getting 660s, anyone know if reporting less airflow for the 660s will lower Hz readings enough to prevent maf overrun? Should I get 680s? Id rather not spend for a maf if I can make the 1G maf work well enough with the bigger inj's. I have a FP tdo5h 18g advertised at 600cfm (@ ? psi).

The MAF will still overrun. Your only option is to hack the MAF (not recommended) or get a 2G MAF or a GM MAF.

If the signal going to the SAFC isn't clean, the SAFC can't do anything with it to fix it.

660's and a 2g MAS would be a very good Idea.

Although i'm sure the 660 would take away enough airflow that you would stop hitting FC, but you would still be overrunning the MAS.
