I dont think there is an exact number.. Being there are so many different supporting mods, And every car is different. If you're talking about your car, Take it to a dyno and check. That is the only place that can tell you for your car/mods.

IF your want to run a standard T3 look for a Super-60 thats the king of T3 turbos. Howwever a T3 42 with .48 may be capable of 220-230whp if your lucky. Its a small turbo with a lower CFM rating than a 14B.

A T3 Super-60 is capable of around 300whp mark if used with the proper mods. It's kind of inbetween a 14B and 16G interms of performance and HP. Again there are exceptions to every rule but it should get you farther than a 14B will.
