head install on block

I was wonderin that when i install the head on the block is there ne thing special that i need to do besides settin the cams? and the HG
already sayin the block is at TDC how should the head be SET?

...And the cam pins should be ad 12 o'clock (since there are a total of 4 cam timing marks, 2 on each cam gear). The inner cam timing marks should be at 3 o'clock (intake cam) and 9 o'clock (exhaust cam). -These are the marks that you need to be 100% aligned on... Even though one is market at half a tooth, the inner marks need to be visually aligned with the head/valve cover surface. Don't worry about the outer cam marks as all 4 marks will not line up.
