If I get a high power turbo that is illegal in california, when my emissions test arrive can I just take out my turbo then put it back in after my emissions test is over? Will this work? Because if it does I will do it!

Actually you can tune that turbo to run stock. The only thing it might fail is the visual inspection. Usually they will look at it, especially if its big, and fail you cuz u that. On the emmissions tests in most states they run the car at idle, then at 2000 rpm. At stock settings it should be ok. This is one more joy of turbo cars. Tunability at your fingertips.

-3" down pipe, ext WG, catch can...will fail you, go to the shop that doesn't have a AWD dynometer, one less test is always better.
