Ok have a quick question......When i do a boost leak test my manual boost controller leaks past 10psi :barf: ....IS this right??????? it is a turbo xs Hp controller.....i am not to sure if it supposed to leak like that when i do a test, everyone that i ask seems to have no idea if thats right or not....do i have to take it out to do a leak test??? and i mean it leaks like crazy.....i cant here any other leaks over this cause it is so loud....I is fine till 10psi and then it starts....pls help me......what do you guys do??? :thumb:

remove the MBC from the test. ALL mbc's bleed air, not good for a leak test.

Disconnect and Cap pressure source. leave wastegate actuator part alone.

good to go.

Yeah I also have the turbo xs mbc. It sure leaks a lot, makes me wonder if it leaks so much that its hurting performance? Should have just gotten the the joe p mbc.
