external dump downpipe and/or 34mm flapper

I am definetly gonna buy an rnr racing 3inch external dump downpipe very soon. i am also contemplating buying an evo3 16g. will it hurt to spend the extra 40 or 50 to get the 34mm flapper mod on the evo3? will it minimize boost creep even more? or wit the external dump dp, creep is totally eliminated anyway?

The 34 MM flapper will help, but there is an other problem that might araise.

Most peopel think that an O2 dump will solve all there problems associated with creep. WRONG. If the internal passages are not up to the extra flow then the turbo will still creep. A good port job around the WG hole (with 34 mm flapper) and a smooth transition from the inlet of the exhaust housing and WG hole will help the most.
