hey guys,, looking into a jdm longblock,
any of you guys had good luck with these 30-50k engines?
also,, one of the sellers list's the specs to be 210hp and tq at 214. which i know there's a few things different about the intake ect. for this, but it also list's at 8.5:1 compression, is this true??

thanx alot guys!

Isaac

no its not 8.5:1 , the jdm long block is exactly the same as a 1g motor, 7.8:1 compression, 195 hp i belive i dont know, but the only differences is it comes with some retarded " cyclone " intake manifold that is a pain in the ass to get to work, and its not even worth it imo. i have a jdm motor in my 1g, same as a usdm, i used the usdm manifold, other than it comming with bigger injectors and a bigger turbo ( b16g) but only a rare occurance of those have them.

The evo 3 motor is diffrent, 9.0 compression, diffrent pistons and block casting. i should of taking comparison pictures.
