Basically narrowed it down to these two turbos since I ordered a SCM50 and I havent recieved anything....I am still waiting to get my refund, but I have decided to stop messing around with PTE and give FP a shot...I got full supportings mods...just need tires and suspension.....I want a 12.0-12.4 quarter mile time slip..I know both these could take me there...just wondering what the difference is, and which would be better begin FWD. Only thing I think is diff is that 3052 is ball bearing has a bigger inlet and that surge protection ports....Any feedback appreciated....

"3. No "X"-Turbo vs. "X"-Turbo threads... these are never useful."

I say 3052. It's becoming more and more popular and ball bearing is always nice.

Just remember with the fp30 series you are going to have to get a custom v-band o2 housing made in order for everything to bolt up.

Yup FP makes awesome turbos but are so expensive plus you have to get the FP o2 housing to bolt it up.

With that being said i say go with the 3052. BB is always nice. Super fast spool ups but i am not sure if that will be a good thing on a fwd .

Thanks for your thoughts those that didnt reply with smart ass comments eheh jk.....but about the o2 housing....its weird cuz i called FP about 2 weeks ago and they told me the green would bolt right up to everything...so is this custom o2 housing for both green and 3052 or just 3052....i will call FP tomorow but if some1 can answer this, id appreciate it. thanks

The special o2 housing is only for the fp30 series AKA fp3052 and fp3065. This is because they use v-band connections...the green will bolt right up to a standard mitsu style o2 housing

What clutch are you running?
