My current set-up:

20g
tial 40mm wg
dnp exhaust mani
custom 3" dp & exhaust w/ black polished turbo n1 muffler
o2 elim
test pipe
xs mbc
hks uicp
custom licp
act2100
free mods
the rest is stock.

I just want to know if i could push 10 lbs with no problems until i get future mods. also, ill be getting my 255 fp soon.
future mods:

bushur intake manifold
pnp head
pistons & rods
fp intercooler
aem ems
wideband w/ guage
act xtreme w/ 8.5 axact flywheel
dejon tool intake
660 injectors
fp red
if needed, a direct port : )

so what do you guys think?

Yes 10 should be ok until you can get at least a fuel pump.
 
Do you have a 10psi spring in your tial? Verify the spring pressure before running the car.

At 10 psi you *should* be OK, but as always log it to make sure the car isn't knocking. I know a few years back Tom Stangl ran a 20G on an otherwise stock car for a while and it was ok.
 
my wg is set to 8, but i'm going to crank it up to 10 lbs with my bc. but yeah, once fuel goes in, its crankin to 18. hopefully traction wun be a problem. if it does, time to toss in my spare tran w/ lsd. thanks for the info peeps.
 
Traction will be a problem. I made my last pass last week a 9:40 and the cold track wasn't hooking up at all. 4.5k on the msd, little slipping of the clutch, and I spun all four 245 Kumho MXs through most of first. I can't imagine in a FWD.
