You need a 3inch DP no cat. then boost gauge, boost controller, then IC pipes and BOV.

Later,

P.S. even if it was a cobra it is still SLOW!! LOL!! :D

those cars usually only have v6's, i beat one on the freeway when my stock turbo wasnt even working... i guess they weigh alot too.

LOL no cat i cant afford to get busted without a cat on my car. and a MBC should work fine correct? or should i just buy a profec b and have someone teach me how to use that thing. ( not many places around here do work on imports) unless any of u fellas are livin close to cincy ohio.

hi-flow cat from one of the various speed vendors and a 2.5-3" DP ($325-400).
Upper and lower IC pipes with a 1G BOV ($250-350).
Boost gauge and A/F gauge ($100-150).
Manual boost controller ($50-100) and set it at 18psi.
Rewire fuel pump. if you plan to go any further in mods, then upgrade the fuel pump ($150).

I run a race pipe (no cat). I had to get the car inspected so I put on my high flow cat, and you wouldnt even believe the difference. With the high flow cat on my car seemed like I turned the boost down. If you are worried about getting pulled over, get a used high flow cat and gut it out.

Gs-tHaVoC, Have you done any of the free mods yet? That would be the first place I would start. Especially that restrictive Sel. Nipple. Taking that out gave me 3 extra psi....very nice.

No larry i havnt i dont have boost controller heh all i got is intake and Hiper exhaust. maybe i should have done things in differnt order.

Take out the air can.. just keep it open filter, and DEFINATELY get a boost controller. I picked up a vacume on/off swich at Napa autoparts for 2 bucks and used for a MBC
-I have sence then replaced it w/ a real MBC, but it worked great for the month i had it on there...

LOL awd ive gota injen intake and a cone filter. ill just buy a mbc and a boostgauge a/f gauge in a month or so. say around 400 for it all installed right?

How about this? They are my mods.
Dave Brode 1g UICP $75
1G bov $50(ebay)
HallMan MBC $50 (boostcontroller.com)
AutoMeter Ultra-Lite Boost Gauge ($45 ebay)
rewire fuel pump ($24 radio s )
Total = 244 dollars everything is included shipping. Half the price of 500 dollars.

...anyone know what slanted j is talkin about a sel. nippel mod?...

The mod he is talking about GREATLY improves your vehicle's response, however I wouldn't recommend it as it is extremely painful. Basically, you take an alligator clip, clamp it to your nipple, and insert the other end into the car's cigarette lighter. What this does is cause an extreme electric current to rush into your nipple, which in turn causes your right leg to shoot straight out and floor the gas INSTANTLY. And there you have it, great response, however quite painful, and not really worth the gains.

Regards,

I only did it once... I got a hell of a reaction time when it did it.... j/k
