I got some 650 fuel injectors and I was wondering what else I should install before I put those in so it will run smooth???? I have most of the stage 1 upgrades so far... thanks

Well you will need some way to controll those larger injectors. SAFC?? . . . etc.

Also do you have new o-rings for the injectors?

yea I have the air fuel controller. I dont know about the new o rings. the injectors are brand new soo. ok Well thanks a lot.

If he has 650 ball/disc he doesn't need new O-rings the o-ring are on the injector itself.

I think he meant insulators (those that go between the injectors and the head.) Well it's recommended using OEM (not the ones that come with those FIC 650cc's) when installing them. They are known to leak and you will have boost leak issues. Brand new OEM's and you are set.:thumb: An sAFC or any other auxilliary fuel controlling device is a must obviously.:)

I just finished installing my FIC 650cc injectors and When I was installing them the insulators (the ones between the injector and the head as mentioned) wouldnt fit with the injectors. But the injectors already had a 0-ring on them and they went in snug . I thought I didnt need the insulators and the 0-rings was all it needed. But am I wrong?

The lower orings provided with the FIC injectors. Are not meant to be used as isolator injector seals. They will absolutely leak under boost. You need a set of new soft OEM rubber head isolator orings.

ahh you were abosulutely correct! I went back and installed the oem insulators and it seemed like a nice sealed fit and now I wont have to worry about it leaking, becuase I did notice I was leaking some fuel which is dangerous.
