OK ive posted a few times but i havent gotten very many replys at all. anyhow i have a blitz BOV and a injen intake how do i make this recirculate back into my intake!! take into consideration the stock intake had a elbow coming off of it that was large enough for a rubber hose to be conected for the air to flow through. The injen intake has a very small vacuum hose nipple on the side which cant handle 16 psi being pushed through it..

heres the question!! how do i make my blitz recirculate!! OR! if i buy a greddy BOV which does recirculate how will it plug into my intake since its aftermarket??? i need pictures i need something so i can see how others have done it

please ideas!

If you would have bought the injen pipe with the stock bov return you would be straight. But , you can pull something off. Consider this get 5 inches of 1.5 inch aluminum pipe and cut /weld it to the injen pipe.Or just get a new pipe with the return.

ok so i cut into my intake thats not a problem. but the outlet on the blitz BOV isnt a circle its like a rectangular thingy...so how woul di get a normal hose to fit on there without leaking

blitz does not recirc manG...
they sound good and perform well, but after about 18psi the DD and SS will both start to leak. Maybe you should consider doing EXACTLY what he said above and getting another BOV that can recirc in teh near future :thumb:

ok u can make the blitz recirc by running some hose so thats not a big deal but than my question about be if i get a different bov like greddy that does recirc where the hell does it recirc to??????????????? as i said above my intake only has a little nipple coming off of it..so if i have to weld my intake anyhow why would i change bov's???? hrmm ok

are there any downfalls of not having the bov recirculated whats the differences, will boost leak at higher rpms or what i would like to know.

ohio98eclipse, it sounds like you know what you need to do already. You know your stock one had an elbow to fit the bov return hose. You know your Injen intake does not have an elbow like that. What's the problem? Either make a fitting for a hose or buy a new intake. As for the Blitz bov, since the manufacturer doesn't sell it as a recirculating bov, there is not going to be a part you can just buy and make it recirculate. I'm not saying you can't do it, it'll just need to be a custom job. If you do an internet search, you should find pictures of people who have recirculated their Blitzs. I know I've seen a few online.

awdburnout,
if you DONT recirculate you will encounter several problems. one mainly being the fact that you're car wont idle and stall  take it from the experienced and dont F around with not recirculating until you're ready and knowledgeable about a blowthrough setup
