...to interchange 4g63t parts with a N/A 4g63? I.E. 4g63t head on a N/A 4g63 block or vise versa?
 
Since the only difference is the piston compression ratio and exhaust manifold yes.

A NT 4g63 is still a 4g63. The turbo engine is'nt that much different.

As far as I know, the blocks are the same casting, which would mean the exact same oiling and cooling passages.

NT blocks are not tapped for oil squirters though.
 
So a non turbo block wouldn't be ideal for turbo applications because of the oil squirters?
 
Yes.

Just get some squirters and install. Just a little drill and tap operation.
