Yeah, you'd have to take hoses off MBC and plug them.

I made leak tester out of stiff plastic juice bottle and old tire valve nipple, only to find out that I got leaks in the manifold gasket, IC, BOV and somewhere else probably....
 
Here is some more info on leak testing. If you have a crankcase breather filter, you're gonna have to cap it to do the test. Some guys in the referenced thread also recommend setting your engine to TDC in order to close the valves.
