The build goes on. The last time I posted an update I was still working on the poly bushings. I was also waiting for JMF to take the car and put the cage in. Jim couldn’t install the cage due to their work load, so he referred me to Natedog Creations. I contacted Nate regarding the cage and he said he would take the job, but I would have to wait 3-4 months. That was fine with me because I was still working on the bushings at the time. Three months came and went and I got an email from Nate regarding dropping off the car. At the time when I got the email from Nate, the car was still on jack stands with both sub frames removed.

I didn’t want to miss my appointment so I took some days off work and got the car back together. I installed all the Poly bushings (except for the rear lower control arms), added new ball joints, and painted everything up as best as I could just to get the car back together.

I had to buy some new rear upper control arms because the DME camber kits are not available. So I just picked up some 3SX adjustable arms.

Also picked up carbon fiber hood and hatch for more weight savings.

I got everything together, loaded the car on the trailer and headed out to Nate’s shop (more pics to come).
