Quick update...

All 4 bolts snapped off to hold the bumper on next to the side markers. I tried one bolt on the hood latch assembly and snapped it. So I stopped. All the bolts will come out, and will be replaced with new ones. Every single one I can get at. Will spray them with some PV blaster and use mapp gas with the bolts that are not on the paint.

Well enough with the ugly...

Simply put, best addition to my interior right here.
80k on them
Drivers is power
No rips or tears
Oh and got them really cheap.

Let me know what you think!

Has the car seen snow or anything to cause it to get that rusty? My 98 is a bit cleaner rust wise, but has strut tower rust

Drill the bolt out, tap them a bit larger (M8), and use SS bolts with anti-seize. It will take a little bit to do but it's worth it. My next step is to try and figure an easier solution for those bolts near the side markers. I hate trying to get those in.

It looks like the stock auto trans cooler. They come stock with that duct. It's a mirror of the SMIC duct.

looks rusty like mine. My lower radiator support is about gone completely. Need to really invest in changing that asap. My bumper was held on for the longest time with zip ties. SOOOO ganster but eventually retapped the holes and its all good now. Have fun with it.
