Well, we didn't get a ton done, but we got some of the motor assembled and painted.
The block/head is painted flat black (as is everything else). Here are some picture with the ARP head studs, Felpro head gasket and progress. We also painted the rear hatch jams.

Looks good, I love flat black it looks good on pretty much anything you can think to put it on.
I'm going to be tearing the engine out of my car soon and was thinking of painting the whole long block before it goes back in as well, I just don't know what color to go with. |

Flat black is the shit, if you no anyone who needs blocks or heads for a 1g or 2g application let me know I have a bunch of them for sale, they are all prepped and painted flat black. I like that electric blue color you got on your car its hot.
