So freakin bored lately - figure why the heck not try this blog thing for a while...
In any event, some of you may know, some of you may not, but my nightmare of a 6bolt swap will be complete either tomorrow or friday. The 7bolt blew up at the track, for whatever reason (probably because it had seen 210xxx mi) and i immedately bought a 6bolt to drop in. This all happened back in march. Ever since, it has been a nightmare of towing here, this person saying they can do it, then this person can't gotta get it towed here and there, and since this was my first time going newhere near this deep into the car, I needed help, so I had to wait on people and stuff...it wasn't great. Finally, I got it together, at least I thought I did, and got it started, but the car had a MASSIVE oil leak. Recently, I've taken it to another member of tuners who has been OUTSTANDING (and that's not nearly descriptive enough) and found out what all the problems were, and is getting them all fixed, probably as I type this.
So that's that, I guess. Finally, she's back together. I haven't had my own car for damn near 6 months, and so much has happened. Hell, I stopped talkin to a couple of girls ### of this.
I'm kind of excited, yes. But I'm also a little nervous. I want it to run right, I want it to RIP, but I want it to STAY RUNNING. I think I'll be driving around with a ridiculous smile on my face when I get her back, and I told myself "no, dont spend anymore money" but it never happens like that. I already have a new turbo and wastegate ready to go on, and once I get some injectors, and a new chip burnt, I'm sure I'll be back in the car for some more money.
Looking at it, I guess it's all worth it. Sometimes I think I'm an idiot, but then again, where else would the money go? At least I'm not out here being destructive...idk. And with gas prices the way they are, I honestly think that it's been cheaper to have my car built, then to have it running
But now, it's fully built. I hope it rips the way it should, I want every mustang and pontiac, and everything else out there to just step off. I'm sure it'll be great, it's almost anticlimactic though. Like I never thought it'd actually do this...
Ah, in any event, there'll be alot more to come...right now, after the swap is done, I'm trying to get the car to be a low profile monster...check the profile and photos often to see what's on and off the car, and hopefully before I leave for Europe, she'll be all done, and I wont have to spend another penny on her until I get back.

We're probably about even in power numbers. Im hoping to be flirting with 300 to the wheels on a 14b @ 25 psi. First I need some bigger injectors and a manifold. You're probably in the same boat. Good luck with break-in.
