well ive been slowly building this car for alittle over a year now. i bought this 1994 gsx with a knocking 7 bolt and now swapping in a 2.3 stroker. so far i have

2.0 block bored 40 over
je 8.5 stroker pistons
crower stroker rods
ferrera dual valve springs
crower 280 cams
supertech ss valves
king bearings
mitsu mls head gasket

gt4067 polished compressor housing

shearer fab topmount exhaust manifold
tial 44mm wastegate

shepard stage 4 tranny
quartermaster twin disc clutch

aem ems

6 point roll cage

heres a picture of some parts


and heres the car right now


i work on the road alot, so having time to put it all together is very limited but slowly getting done. i have yet to purchase an intake manifold and fuel system, other then that its ready to be thrown together.

    i wont be doing anything to the car other than buying parts right now, im stuck in nw colorado for work right now.

    the qm twin disc just came in friday, so now i can start looking for an intake manifold and what i will be using for my fuel system.

    so a few days ago i ordered my race jm fab intake manifold setup for a q45 throttlebody with nitrous bungs, and an ati harmonic balancer. next will be the fuel pump/injectors and probly some fuel lines

    small update

    yesterday i spent some money with MAPerformance. i bought my clutch from them and was extremely satisfied. i ordered an a1000 fuel pump, 1450cc injectors along with a fuel rail, ferrera valve seals and guides. i found out also that ill be moving back to nebraska pretty soon so i can start to put the car together.

    im scared to speak of hp numbers i honestly dont know. i was hoping for around 700 with the nitrous. i recieved my fuel pump valve seals today more stuff comiin.

    good luck with the build man...im in the same process as you been slowly accumulating parts for about a year...frustrating because you just want it to be done but its just not there yet right? haha...good luck keep us posted

    spoke with jake aka topstreet the other day about my build and bought his crank he had for sale on here. he also talked me into buying some groden rods, so thats the reason im selling my crower rods. engine should be complete after those parts are received.

    bought a civic radiator and a bigger oil cooler. moving into a new place soon so ill have time to start putting it together. engine is getting assembled now.

    tomorrow ill be getting some pics up of the engine. i have to go pick it up at the machine shop and start putting the whole thing together including the car. now that everything is starting to come together, i should be able to keep everyone updated on things sooner, instead of once a month.
