Blog Title: My $750 95 TSi AWD......Progress thread...
I lost my 95 GS-T last year due to my own stupidity and have been fiending for a DSM ever since. I found this car over a year later and It was retarded cheap so i bought it immediately. I was looking for this exact setup for 4 months and kept missing out on them. It had been sitting for over 2 years. I had seen it many times but never thought it was the one......
Picked it up for $750 with a blown clutch and needing a T/C. came with a BUNCH of spare parts like 2 heads and some old t-25's and MSD DIS-2. guy needed everything GONE. 149K and ran strong. 3rd head, original everything else. owner had it from 40K-when i bought it. Arizona & Virginia car most of its life.
1995 Talon TSi AWD 5-speed. Leather, ABS, EPROM , sunroof, INFINITY 6-DISC stereo with WORKING Pioneer 6-disc changer in the back with the cradle for it. Everything but LSD rear. ALL original body panels, all with DSM sticker. Original paint. No accidents. I love time capsule cars 
Picked it up 26 June 2010.
I realize this car was basically a GIFT, and I will treat it as such. I get a do-over 
Watch as I take this car from white swirly wheeled 90's car to my clean ass talon

yeah, this sucker almost got the best of me...I gave up twice.
heres what has happened since Sept 11, 2011 when she gave up the ghost on me. (bear with me I'm exited.....so I typed it alllll out, punctuation nazi's beware :P)
255 miles and 5,500RPM WOT into my 16g tuning the BS says bye bye...it ripped into two separate sections and one part launched into the timing...

Well, the Hurricane gave us the perfect time to knock this out. Me and My DSM buddy wo works at a local shop started yesterday @ 6:30PM -11:00PM. Came back from 7:30AM-6:30PM today and finished it up. All that is left is the 255 Wally Fuel Pump to be dropped in and the bumper fitted. simple task.

Well, after 16 years the Stock unit stopped turning on last night  . guess it's not an "Infinity" after all  .
Picked this up for $25 this morning, missing a button, gonna wire it in and see what we get for a result....if it works PIMP.....read on to see!

After a long and frustrating time with link, we found out my chip was sitting on Tom Dorris' desk for months unclaimed....i sent it in and it fell out of the box! I was trying to tune my car with a stock chip in it!
yup. We finally put 2 & 2 together and he told me he found a chip and it musta been mine. it was, and I had a chance to install it last weekend. I'm now 11.7 WOT, 2-step...

Got my E316g back, it's all together and mothballed until spring time. I'll tune the car and get used to Link and then when I'm ready I will install this.
OK, my EPROM is back from being socketed. Link is ready to go into the car. I threw the eBay 02 onto the turbo tonite just for fun.

Well, I have this thing sitting on a shelf at my parents house:
FP Big 16g. Bought it new. less than a month of use on it. it has slightly nicked fins from manifold slag. I'm getting it redone for $160. FP wants $400, not happening. I figure it's sell it or fix it and use it.

I am finished with modding the car at this point besides installing my DSMlink V3 and getting a nice A/F across the board.
Yeah, I'm happy with a T-25 on 15PSI. lol. Seems to work for me. A 16G spools to slow. I'd look into a 14B if i were to swap it.

Forgot, I added the Dejon UICP and knocks HKS BOV i had on my GS-T. works great.
^^engine bad us pretty clean now. I steel wooled up the Turbo heatshield and used nice bolts.
Also, The Dejon LICP is in a box at home. Haven't put it on yet. I now will have full hard piping for the SMIC. Boost...

Used Meguiar's Scratch-X 2.0 on the WHOLE CAR. took all the road grime and yellowness off the car. especially the sideskirts. car is WHITE now! lol.
Also, here's my self-made triple pod for the Center Vents. cost like $20. looks decent for my first time. I like it. Picked up the oil PSI electric short sweep for my last gauge.

Megan Racing 3" turbo-back exhaust + AEM Wideband installed.
That nite shade came out bangin'. its actually really smooth. 3 coats and no sanding. Alcohol cleaned before and it was good to go.
