Ok, here goes....after getting ripped off by a local shop I have decided to build my own car, and thus far it has been a success. What I don't know I Google, and I have paid close attention to detail, and tried to build a dsm, not only I could be proud of but we all could. Some thing you may like others you may not, but one way or another feel free to comment good or bad I welcome it.

ok that was as close as I could come to the beggining.

Thank you. Yeah I know, I just wanted to do something different. Its like since fast and the furiouse, every one is scare to make the cars do more than go fast, you can go fast and make your car look nice all the other makes and models are doing it. on the out side except for the paint job the car will look stock. I say do what you feel and let your ride rep you, exspress yourself in your car as you would your cloths or shoes, we dont wear or like the same colors, so why should you do it any different in your car.

So I just got done reading the entire blog, and let me first off say that I love the fact that you are doing this car the right way and not half assing everything. This is a post of my humble opinion and personal preference and in no way do I intend to bash or offend you. Why nitrous? With all of the DSM's out there making solid semi-reliable power why did you opt for nitrous? IMHO, just another HUGE risk to your baby, one "oops" and kaboom.
I am so glad you decided to go with the full black interior panels, they look much nicer than the black and grey mix. Honestly I am not a fan of the rear seats being re-upholstered or the headliner to match, but it's not my car, so whatever makes you happy is what you should do with your car. Also, just a thought but a full one piece A-pillar gauge pod in black would look much cleaner than the painted piece slapped on their, honestly to me that is the most half-assed thing I have seen in this build. Take everything I have said with a grain of salt. Enjoy and again, good to see someone doing it right.

Hey thanks, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your op. Now to answer some of your questions...The NOS is just for spoolup, the turbo is sorta big, and I know with a strocker and the well built head thats on the way it will be fine, but just incase. Besides it would look great ( Tha wow factor). NOw the seats, I know they are loud, and and wierd, but I wanted something that would set the car apart....Its kinda like the car will be able to get away withem, because of the quality of everything else. Kinda like being the star football player and wearing bunny shoes to school...lol, Its wrong but it works. In closing, " feel like Im giving the minutes at church", the pod is on its way out just have to find one. Again thanks for your op, it really helps when you guys comment.

Hey godschylde777, I just want you to know that you've inspired me to redo my interior. Today I got up and stripped her down and put in a new dash. I read your post and then went out and took pieces of it out and now I am getting ready to airbrush those pieces. That's the result of great posts! Thanks for sharing your project. It looks great and I just want you to keep it going godschylde777. It’s a blessing, and it’s easy to see that you treat it as such. I will keep coming back to your post to check up on your progress. You definitely get an A+++++++ for what you've done thus far.

I was thinking about something today. I have bought a lot of things off some of you guys on this forum, aswell as others. I know a lot of you, if not all, have worked so hard for the things that you have, and it hurts, for what ever reason, for you to have to sell it. Some may have started a family, others have financial things that have come up, some just got burnt out. But at any rate I want to say thank you, and when I read some of the blogs just like mine and then I see that at present they are selling thier project off it bring sadness to me, because I know when I lay in bed after my wife has fell off to sleep, I think about what it will feel like being pushed back in my seat, or how I will feel when I come home from work and open the garage and make an excuse to go to the store just to start ( miss-fit ), up. So what I am trying to say, is again, thank you, and thats also why I dont really haggle, sometimes I will, but, haggling with someone that is already going through something and taking a huge loss as it is, is just adding insult to injury. So guys no lowballing, have compassion....ok that is all, I now return you to your regulary scheduled program

This was a pm sent to me by a guy on a local forum, is this hating or, should I really care?

It has taken me 10 years and thousands of hours to build my car. I am in know way am claiming to know everything there is about building cars or DSMs but I do take the time to learn the right way to build a car. Again you can buy all the high end parts in the world but if you dont know how to use utilize them they are just dead weight.

I have been more than helpful with you and answering all the question you have asked me. I wont do for any one in the world is tell them how to build their car. That is up to you to figure out how to make all your fancy parts work. Just a hint good luck with dual 044s with no feed pump.

And for the love of #### please try and post/write at a level higher than a third grader would. It really is hard to follow the point you are trying to make.
