well i had to install it about 5 times to get it right and that was a pain, but on the brightside i can uninstall and install a turbo in my car in about 2 and a half hours now. but now that i have everything on my car i went to go to the dyno and get it tuned and well after about 6 pulls and the boost just sitting at 18 psi no matter where i turn the boost controller, we thought the wastegate line to the boost controller was pinched so we fixed that and did another 4 pulls and the car did the same thing, finally we figured out i had my BOV set to soft and thats where i was losing pressure, and we finally got my boost set right, but as soon as i did that we figured out my SAFC II couldn't compensate for the 650 injectors, so i couldn't tune my car, so i wonderfully got charged 300 dollars for a dyno tune where my car didnt get tuned, but on the brightside the guy gave me an AFPR for 40 dollars and my car still put down 270hp and 270lbs of torque with no tune. now i need to install the AFPR and go back, only problem is im a college student with no money to go back at the moment.

School is a bigger money pit than my car could ever dream of becoming! I'm an Aviation Flight/Maint. Tech major(s) so thats supplies, fees, tools, gas money, and not much time to work many hours. Finances get depleted quickly before I can get to my wish lists which includes upgrading from this EVO III turbo.Posted 07-10-2008 at 09:54 PM by Turbo Talon DL
