A new beginning

Well it has been a long time coming for me to get back into dsms. I got my first dsm back in June of 2006, it was a White 97 GST five speed man I loved that car. I was slowly working my way through the mods (small 16g, hard upper intercooler pipe, manual boost controller, full APexi N1 exhaust and 1g BOV) when one day on my way out of town with a friend I was involved in a 3 car pile up with me rear ending a mini van, that was worst day of my life lol. I thought I would never drive my baby again, but my parents gave me a loan that gave me the ability to rebuild the whole front end of the car, get a ported 14b turbo, a new exhaust, new hood, front bumper, driver side headlight, polyurethane motor mounts, a new transmission and a rear bumper. Man the day I got her back from the shop she looked so good then the problems started. First the bolts in my motor mount snapped, then I ran over my side mount intercooler so I slapped on a SSautochrome front mount, with a 190 fuel pump shortly following. After taking the car out to test the new fuel pump only to have the car go down for about 4 or 5 months because the mechanic that had it didn't know what the hell he was doing. I blame my parents personally for not letting me fix the car myself. Anyway i finally got fed up with not having a car so i finally traded it to a friend for a 91 Mustang GT, 5.0 baby, I thought sweet american muscle I'll never have a problem with it, and I didn't really. Sadly enough though I missed the feel of the dsm the brotherhood of the dsm, the feeling of boost. So sometime in december of 07 I traded the mustang straight up for 93 Eagle talon TSi it was heaven. White five speed fwd, megan racing 3in downpipe to a 2.5 inch test pipe. It feels so good to be back in the game. This blog is my little journal for my new dsm.
