So it gave me ideas to start a build and clean up the engine bay alot.

I have a new stage 2 shortblock with a stage 2 head going in the car once i am done, with my wire tuck and repainting the engine bay.

Here are some pics of the build in progess

Powder coated valve cover myself. Color is a candy blue with 5 coats of clear.

Starting my wire tuck. First i removed all loom and old tape from the engine and fuse box harness, then ziptied the harness to keep it intact so i could pull it out of the car.

Engine harness out! Starting to remove unwanted connecters. Emissions/ac and such.
Attachment 3793

Installed solid brass shifter cable bushings.

Still got alot of work to go. Just got done priming the engine bay today with a high build automotive primer. First coat of ford gray paint goes on tomarrow.

Pictures worked on my iPhone. Looks good so far.
I'll most likely be doing mine in the spring.

Humor me tho, if I unplug my fuel solenoid, I get a code. Will I get a code if I remove the wires too?
