Well it was a total blast! I had so much fun even though I came in 10th out of 15 in my class. On the brightside I had the 3rd best Raw Time of 10 novices in SM but I killed some of the cones right at the finish (+5 ouch) and I ran faster than the similar cars (1g GSX, 2g TSI AWD and GVR4). so for the last year my eagle talon tsi has not left my garage. i was rebuilding it and learning a $h!t ton along the way.
when i started i had a great rebuilt motor and beond that.... not much.
the car had been raped on the out side. i ended up replacing the hatch front bumper and doors. aka the car was 6-7 differant colors.
the interior was a mess and missing some parts....

Pre-Race: Once I threw my 'new' blown motor, I re-installed the old rally motor. I tightened every last bolt and triple-checked everything on the car. I still had vivid memories of this rally last year and I knew how hard it could be on my 200,000+ mile DSM.
