having some issues

in drive it wants to come out of 2nd and just rev but its not like poping out like when the tranny is slipping..but i can put it in 2nd and it will stay in gear. sometimes it will go all the way to 3rd and then it'll do the same thing.

i had a friend put his scan tool on it and this is the code.

P1750 TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM SOLENOID ASSEMBLY.

please help me out here as the weather is beautiful and i would love to be driving. and i pray this isn't a much $$$$$$$$$$$$ problem

Sounds like the scan tool is correct. Have you checked the solenoid?
