The is being finished right now the rear bumper is a Bmw molded and the fenders were pulled custom metal work is identical, it look identical with first picture, camber is -1.7 on the rear,it does have a rear diffuser and the whole bottom of the car is covered similar to the enzo. I believe this car is in japan right now getting some stuff done( I know it sounds weird Lol) I saw it before she left, like I said this is not my car so ill try to get pictures from him even though he is pretty anal about it and got mad he didnt want to show progress just the finished product.
On a side note: Im not a big fan if cars are not stock look on the outside but this car looks very interesting.

The rear bumper is a molded bmer you say.Any link to the bumper..I kinda like it.But it's probably not bolt on.
I was just thinking myself about pulling the rear of the 1g fenders out, to give it a more flared look. Not sure how it would work tho.You pull the rear out, and the front would probably go in.

1gb conversion on the front to complete this. I hate t say it to the generation biased people but a white 2gb talon is the sexiest dsm the one who most likely sits around and gets the attention . 1gs are just the skinnier older sister who runs track and has less boyfriends. NUFF SAID.

This is the bumper he bought to do this, he removed the vents and molded to the existing one from a 91 gsx, identical to the pics, im not sure of the name of the bumper.
For the license plate he used the talon center light instead, he cut the light to fit it and installed the license plate the top part was cut to move it up a little., then he candy painted red ( see through) the rear lights
Tsidrift sorry for using your old pictures but it was the easiest to find.
Fender are evo fenders, he did some kind of molds to do them, they look just like in the picture, front ones are not done yet...Hopefully i can get some inside pictures of this (undercover)

I like the concept photoshops, kind looks like a 1g got knocked up by a conquest and that's the baby
Woulda been cool to maybe make a recess in the lower left rear of the bumper to tuck the plate into, but i guess it's centered if using the BMW bumper.
widening the rear quarters is a lot of work to do on your own (i know you said it's being done by a shop) but my friend has an eclipse thats ALL carbon... any panels he couldn't buy we either overlaid with carbon and then resin'd and cleared them or cut the material out and then used various forms/molds to lay carbon..he originally wanted to widen each rear quarter by about 3.25" but after MUCH work, we setlled for much less and not making them custom bt cutting the sheet metal, removing a bunch of it for weight reduction in (like takine a hole saw to the quarters making it like a net almost then laid carbon over it
hope ya don't mind, here's some pics just to show yua what i mean.. we are still sick of body work and carbon resin
couldn't upload somebecause i put them in the thread here
Noob style info needed, (i have searched a bit)
but anyway, nottrying to jack the thread, just sayin i understandthe extent of work that goes into this., we started 3 years ago and these pics were taken this year and as you can see we still; haen't finished the rear 1/4's enough to clear, and they are barely pulled out 1/2 - 3/4" instead of the original 3.25 goal (he wanted to run tires that were 375mm wide in the rear is why he wanted 3.25 wider)

Really anxious to see how this turns out! That picture in the OP is the best looking 1g I have ever seen, so I hope it turns out like that. Is the front still going to look like that? I thought it should look slightly more aggressive like this:
But either way I already want this car

Extremely bold statement and I strongly disagree, but... good looking car nonetheless. Will be interested in REAL photos when its all said and done.
Best of luck.
