You will have to get the lights and cut, weld, ect to get the right mounting position. Then if the hood needs modifying then modify it. then when it comes time for the bumper do the same. If its a fiberglass nose just cut it and re glass it. It isnt a real hard task, just takes time.

Yeah I know that the labor is going to be the most I will be putting into this project since I will be doing this with a couple fo friends. I just wish there was a site or someone that can give me the exact thing to do especially for the headlights so I dont have to guess and mess something up.
thanks for the info.

Skyline Headlight Conversion on a 2G
I saw this pic in a magazine and thought it good, I'm curious if anyone from the bay area knows of a bodyshop that could do this and make it look nice. Let me know.

agreed, or you can just keep the eclipse the way it is. 97-99 lights look great.

I don't get why everyone has such a hardon for Skyline parts.
Skylines are giant, unaerodynamic, shoeboxes.

No offense man, but that looks horrible, besides the fact that I'm sure the lights will be expensive. But if you like it, go for it.

agreed.
I would personally keep the stock headlight. If you really feel the need for a headlight conversion.. do like black95TSIawd said.. get silvia S-15 headlights.

I agree with you guys completely, that's why I bought the 97 black headlights and got rid of the clear silver ones. My friend has an eclipse and was curious I pretty much told him the same thing but I figured get some other people to say it and it might make him realize it. I told him he would be wasting a lot of money to have it done, with the money it would cost him to have it done he might as well upgraded his performance instead of looks. Thanks for the input guys appreciate it.

I don't think this would be considered a "do-it-yourself" project. Don't even attempt this unless you have some extensive experience in auto body work and metal fabrication...otherwise I guarantee you're goig to fvck your car up.
